Where is the slow market everyone keeps talking about?

I can’t believe how time flies lately.  I am so busy it is unreal.   And it’s mainly due to activity at work.  And that is great news. 

More surprising info…..  I have a client who is looking to buy her first home.  And twice now we viewed a home & then by the time she decided she was ready to make an offer, the house sold out right from under us.  With all the real estate news coverage you would think that she had some time to contemplate before making an offer, but it hasn’t been so yet.  I am still holding to my position that a well priced home is still selling & selling quickly.
